Katie grew up in the quintessential Italian family. Sundays were spent in the kitchen with her grandmother, learning to make hand-made pasta’s and traditional Italian cuisine, including grandma’s famous meatballs, which you will see on our menu.

Katie grew her passion for food and Mediterranean culture while living in Florence, Italy.

By immersing in local experiences, from culinary classes to days spent in Tuscan vineyards, she truly learned to embrace La Dolce Vita. Her mission is to now bring a taste of Europe to South Florida.
